Shipping Restrictions: Shipping is only available to locations within the United States. No International shipping is currently available. We do not ship outside of the US except to US military bases and APO addresses. Shipping Time Most orders will ship within two business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Delivery: Orders are normally processed for shipment within 24-48 hours of the order date (for in stock items). This shipment time does not include holidays or weekends. Delivery time is usually within 2-7 days of shipment (depending upon your location). Some items may be shipped after the 48 hour period. Items that are out of stock or on backorder will be shipped as soon as our stock is replenished. You will be notified by email of any extended delay in shipment. To guarantee delivery, we must have a proper and complete addresses. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We will not be responsible for packages that are undeliverable and/or returned to us due to incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery by recipient. You will incur a second shipping charge for any re-shipment of a returned package that was due to the recipient refusing delivery or due to an incorrect address on the original order form. Delivery Carriers: Normal delivery is via the United States Postal Service- USPS Priority Mail. A physical mail receptacle at the location is required for USPS delivery. If you do not have a mail receptacle, orders will have to be sent through the United Parcel Service. Local delivery of large orders (Over $300) within the Western NC Region is also available. If there are any special instructions for shipping your order, place them in the "notes section of your order Gift Card/Special Instructions" yellow box on the order page. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE PER ADDRESS. Multiple addresses will each incur a separate shipping charge. Partial Shipments As a rule, we'll hold your order if an item is backordered and ship complete once all items are in stock. We would like to rectify the inconvenience to you quickly. You will be asked for your: Order #, Name and Address, Problem, and any visible carton damage.
